Job Description We are seeking dedicated, experienced New York licensed Attorneys to join our S&E team. The position is based in our Northern New Jersey office, with responsibilities extending throughout the State of New York. Fully remote opportunities may be available for the right candidate. Attorneys are responsible for overseeing all aspects of mortgage and lending client case portfolios from assignment to conclusion. Duties & Responsibilities: • Drafts legal pleadings, notices of hearings, motions, and orders., • Researches and analyzes statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles, codes, and the like., • Updates case management system in a timely manner to ensure data integrity., • Travels to court for court appearances.
