The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both structural and cosmetic repair work, with a focus on precision, professionalism, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Perform high-quality paint jobs using spray guns, blending techniques, and proper color matching. Pull and cut chassis components using frame machines, measuring systems, and welding tools. Accurately replace quarter panels and other structural parts in line with OEM standards. Carry out expert-level Bondo work and surface preparation to ensure seamless finishes. Sand, prime, mask, and prepare vehicles for paint and refinishing. Use proper safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards. Inspect completed work to ensure high-level craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of auto body repair and paint experience required. Proficient with frame machines, welding, painting systems, and bodywork tools. Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, filler techniques, and refinishing standards.
