Job Description We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support part-time time Monday- Friday, at our KW Carlsbad office. The Director of Agent Services (DAS) is a key leadership and service role within the Keller Williams Market Center, responsible for delivering an exceptional agent experience from onboarding through ongoing support. The DAS ensures that every agent is welcomed, trained, supported, and equipped with the tools and resources needed to grow a successful real estate business. This role manages the onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinates agent training and communication, maintains accurate office and compliance systems, and serves as the primary point of contact for agent technology and operational support. Acting as the face of the Market Center, the Director of Agent Services fosters a positive, solutions-focused culture while upholding KW standards, models, and systems. The DAS collaborates closely with Market Center leadership—Team Leader, MCA, OP, and Productivity Coach—to drive agent productivity, retention, and satisfaction. This position requires exceptional organization, communication, professionalism, and a heart for service. Compensation: $20 - $21 hourly Responsibilities: • Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities, • Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems, • Plan community events to market the company and increase brand awareness, • Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services, • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral ratesQualifications:, • High school diploma or GED required, • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills, • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues, • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred, • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly mannerAbout Company Why Keller Williams At KW, we believe success is achieved through people, training, and culture.
