Physical Demands and Work Environment This position requires the ability to perform numerous physical activities that involve the use of hands, arms, and legs, along with full-body movement. Fuel Attendants must be able to stand for prolonged periods, bend, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift materials as needed. Frequent lifting, grasping, and carrying of inventory and equipment up to 50 pounds is required. Proficient hand-eye coordination is essential for operating the POS system and stocking displays and coolers. Effective communication skills are necessary to receive instructions and provide information to customers and team members. The position requires working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and rain.
