Job DescriptionClient Services Representative (Account Management) Flower Mound, TX 75028 (In-Person) $31 per hour + Bonus + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus About the Role This is not a typical customer service position. At JCR, Client Services Representatives manage a high-volume portfolio of court-ordered payment plans. You’ll work directly with individuals navigating difficult financial situations—helping them stay on track, resolve issues, and maintain compliance over time. This role is ideal for someone who combines empathy with accountability, and can manage both relationships and results. What You’ll Do • Manage and monitor a portfolio of 1,000+ active payment plans, • Proactively communicate with clients to:, • Resolve issues and remove barriers to payment, • Reinforce payment expectations and accountability, • Provide clear explanations of court-ordered obligations, • Handle a mix of inbound and outbound interactions (calls, follow-ups, account reviews), • Identify at-risk accounts and take action to improve outcomes, • Ensure all accounts remain accurate, compliant, and up to date, • Document all interactions and updates with high attention to detail, • Partner with internal teams and leadership to improve processes and performance What Success Looks Like, • High payment plan performance and client follow-through, • Strong account organization and accuracy, • Ability to manage large volumes without losing quality, • Consistent, professional handling of difficult conversations, • Proactive problem-solving and process improvement What This Role Requires, • Ability to manage large volumes of accounts and competing priorities, • Strong communication skills—clear, calm, and confident, • Comfort handling difficult and emotionally charged conversations, • High attention to detail in a compliance-driven environment, • Strong organizational and time management skills, • A sense of ownership—you take responsibility for outcomes, • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Preferred Background, • 3+ years in customer service, account management, collections, or case management, • Experience managing high-volume workloads or account portfolios, • Experience in compliance-driven or performance-based environments What Sets Us Apart At JCR, we don’t just manage accounts—we help people navigate some of the most challenging financial moments of their lives.
