Position Summary: As a Line Leader, you will be an ambassador of Mighty Quinn’s BBQ. You will be an integral part of creating exciting and rewarding guest experiences through positive face-to-face interactions. You will be responsible for the general oversight of service on a day-to-day basis, as it relates to both food preparation and quality customer service. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement cultivation strategies to maximize plant health, yield, and potency.
