Founded in Austin, Texas, the organization serves its homeless neighbors through three core programs: Truck Ministry, Community First! Village, and Community Works. Often referred to as the most talked about neighborhood in Austin, Community First! Village is a 51-acre master planned development that provides affordable, permanent housing and a supportive community for men and women coming out of chronic homelessness. We are now embarking on a new phase of community expansion, adding more than 1400 new neighbors over the next 5-10 years. About the Role At Community First! Village, the Neighbor Care department has the privilege of walking alongside our neighbors - providing opportunities for them to settle, cultivate, and care for themselves and others in this unique community home to formerly chronically homeless individuals. As a part of the Neighbor Care team, the Property Management team is animated by a vision to empower neighbors into a lifestyle of accountability, goodness, and mutual respect in order to create a peaceful and healthy community. Skills and attributes for success:The Contractor shall provide the following services to include but not limited to: - Contractor shall ensure the day-day availability of electronic discovery applications and related tools; - Contractor shall administer and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure, install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools; - Contractor shall monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with vendors and developers to implement fixes; - Contractor shall maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies; - Contractor shall assist technical architecture design discussions; - Contractor shall liaise with vendors on behalf of OGC to address product issues; - Contractor shall develop and provide training for the end-users; - Contractor shall provide general support, subject matter expertise and advice on the use of electronic discovery tools and applications; - Contractor shall reverse engineer and document the as-is architecture of existing legacy applications or systems; - Contractor shall analyze capabilities, interview and collect business requirements and translate it into technical requirements; - Contractor shall support the discovery application integration/migration activities; - Contractor shall contribute to the Knowledge Management databases by creating and improving technical knowledge articles to assist in future resolution of issues; - Contractor shall have legal technology experience and knowledge of the EDRM; - Contractor shall assist in the implementation of e-discovery tools ( i.e. Relativity, Veritas eDP, or other review platform applications hosted in the cloud environment; - Contractor shall have the skills, knowledge and abilities to support backend infrastructure, data migrations, application installation, management and configuration; - Contractor shall have the ability to install, operate, and manage Microsoft server 2019/2022 and Microsoft SQL Server 2019/2022; - Contractor shall have ability to operate, and manage cloud technologies to include Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, VMware, Azure servers, Azure Functions, and Azure API Gateways and/or AWS EC2 servers, AWS Lambda and AWS API Gateways; - Contractor shall have ability to operate and manage relational databases, MySQL and/or SQL Server 2012 or higher. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining Adaptive Planning systems while ensuring seamless integration with other platforms. This position is ideal for individuals looking for supplemental work. Responsibilities: • Provide timely support to address system errors, formula issues, and access-related problems., • Audit and enhance data integration processes between systems like NetSuite and Workday Adaptive Planning to improve efficiency and reliability., • Manage model updates, including importing actuals and adjusting sheets or reports based on changing business requirements., • Diagnose and resolve performance issues, such as slow-loading sheets or calculation delays, to improve user experience., • Develop and refine complex reports, dashboards, and matrix views to meet ad-hoc business requirements., • Ensure system logic aligns with financial principles such as profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow., • Maintain documentation and provide training to users on system updates or new features., • Monitor and troubleshoot data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and consistency., • Assist in integrating financial data across platforms to support strategic decision-making., • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Adaptive Planning administration., • Advanced proficiency with Adaptive Discovery, OfficeConnect, and model management tools., • Proven ability to handle data integration tasks using Data Connect or flat-file methods; Netsuite Financials experience is a plus., • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex formulas and resolving data inconsistencies., • Solid understanding of financial concepts, including P& L, balance sheets, and cash flow., • Expertise in configuration management and API development., • Familiarity with Adaptive Insights and Workday Financial Management., • Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
