Job Description We are a multi office insurance agency looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our Accounting team. An clerical accounting assistant supports financial professionals by performing day-to-day administrative and clerical accounting tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping, processing invoices and payments, reconciling statements, data entry, and maintaining financial records. Key responsibilities also include preparing financial reports, assisting with payroll, and ensuring compliance with company policies, often using accounting software and spreadsheets.
