Key Responsibilities -Lead and mentor teams of physicians and clinicians across PCHC’s primary care locations in Providence -Develop and implement clinical strategies that align with PCHC's mission and goals -Oversee quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes -Collaborate with Chief Medical Officer on organizational strategy and growth -Drive clinical program development and redesign based on data analysis This role includes providing direct clinical care at 0.2 FTE assisting with vacation coverage needs when possible; participating in on-call rotation and providing coverage as needed.
