Job Description Position President & Chief Operating Officer (COO) Company Endurion Location Tampa, FL Reporting Relationship Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Wilson Website www.endurion.com OPPORTUNITY AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Quiet Professionals is seeking a President/COO to serve as the primary integrator of operations across the entire organization, partnering closely with CEO Andy Wilson and executive leadership to scale a mission-driven, classified national security business through its next phase of growth. The company has evolved from its early service roots into a data-driven intelligence technology and mission support platform, while also building software products that are beginning to be licensed to customers. This role will be central to executing an aggressive growth trajectory from ~$80M today toward a materially larger scale, including the operational demands of 17 to 30 percent growth in 2026 and 36 to 40 percent growth in the years that follow, while integrating the recent Spathe acquisition and continuing to professionalize the operating cadence expected under private equity ownership. The President/COO will oversee all C-suite functions, excluding CFO, will set measurable goals, build repeatable operating mechanisms, and hold leaders accountable to clear standards and timelines. Success will require a leader who can translate strategic intent into execution, manage a portfolio of sensitive programs, and maintain the company’s Special Forces like culture where teams rely on each other to win, deliver, and take on the next mission. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operational Integration and Execution • Serve as the operating integrator across the enterprise, coordinating priorities, decision rights, and execution across all major functions, with all C-suite roles reporting into the President/COO except the COS & CFO., • Establish a disciplined operating rhythm that drives measurable results, including goal setting, KPI reviews, and consistent follow through across departments., • Build scalable processes that support rapid growth while maintaining high quality delivery and customer responsiveness across classified programs., • Lead integration of recent acquisitions, including the ongoing Spathe Systems integration, aligning people, processes, systems, and program execution into a unified operating model., • Partner with the CEO and McNally Capital to identify integration priorities, track synergy and execution milestones, and ensure integrations strengthen culture, delivery performance, and long term scalability. Program Delivery and Mission Customer Alignment • Oversee execution across a portfolio of predominantly classified contracts, ensuring program performance, staffing, compliance, and customer satisfaction remain strong as the company scales., • Maintain operational focus on mission critical work supporting organizations such as SOCOM and other DoD stakeholders, balancing speed of execution with security, rigor, and reliability., • Provide executive oversight across key mission areas referenced, including identity operations support, NIWC Atlantic related work, SOUTHCOM domain awareness, and other sensitive mission support efforts. Growth, Scalability, and Margin Expansion Enablement and Scaling the Platform • Translate the CEO's and Board's strategic objectives into executable operational plans, resource allocations, and milestones., • Build scalable processes, structures, and systems that support rapid growth in revenue, headcount, and geographic/mission footprint while improving margins., • Partner with Business Development and Capture to shape and price new opportunities, ensure operational feasibility, and build delivery plans that can be executed reliably., • Identify, prioritize, and execute operational improvement and cost-optimization initiatives, including lean process redesign, automation, and shared services where appropriate., • Develop a performance-oriented culture with clear goals, accountability, and incentives tied to financial, operational, and customer outcomes. Technology Development and Enablement • Serve as the executive sponsor for technology development and enablement across operations, ensuring that QP’s technology roadmap is tightly aligned with mission needs and operational priorities., • Partner closely with the CTO and product/engineering teams to:, • Define requirements for tools, platforms, data architectures, and digital solutions that enhance planning, execution, and reporting., • Prioritize technology investments that drive differentiated capability for SOF customers (e.g., advanced analytics, AI/ML-enabled insights, mission planning/coordination tools, secure data platforms, workflow automation, and collaboration environments)., • Pilot, scale, and institutionalize technology solutions into daily operations, with clear adoption targets and measurable impact on speed, quality, and cost., • Champion a data-driven culture, ensuring that accurate, timely data flows from the field/programs into decision-making tools used by leadership and customers., • Lead change management around new tools and systems, ensuring operators, program managers, and support staff are trained, supported, and bought into new ways of working., • Continuously scan for emerging technologies that improve operational effectiveness, situational awareness, and decision support for both QP and its customers, and help evaluate build/partner/buy options. Leadership, culture, and talent • Set the tone for the organization through high integrity leadership, loyalty to the mission and to the CEO, and a visible, steady operating presence that earns trust across teams., • Lead with a Special Forces like team mindset, reinforcing humility, accountability, and shared ownership of outcomes, while building leaders who can scale with the company., • Bring a craftsman operator orientation, with strong attention to detail, the ability to learn what has worked historically, and the judgment to standardize and improve without breaking what makes the organization special. Financial and resource discipline in a PE environment • Partner with the CFO and McNally Capital to align operating plans to growth targets, ensuring the right investments are made in people, systems, security, and delivery infrastructure to support the scale journey., • Drive resource allocation decisions across functions, using clear metrics and performance management to ensure teams meet commitments and operate to high standards. The President/COO should be a clear communicator and active listener who leads by example, sets realistic goals, and holds teams accountable consistently and with respect. This leader should thrive in a high--trust, high performance environment, demonstrate humility alongside high standards, and bring the integrity and loyalty required for a mission-focused organization operating in predominantly classified domains. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE /QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience spanning business operations, program execution, scaling functions, and enterprise-level execution, ideally within defense, intelligence, or other highly regulated and security-sensitive environments that blend mission support services with technology-enabled delivery., • Demonstrated success operating as a senior leader within a standalone company with revenue $100m+ or a highly autonomous business unit of meaningful scale, with a track record of building operating cadence, measurable performance management, and repeatable processes that support sustained rapid growth., • Experience leading customer-facing delivery organizations and cross-functional operating teams supporting sensitive government customers, with a strong understanding of the demands of classified programs, secure facilities, and cleared talent delivery., • A battle tested operator who can quickly assess disparate parts of an organization, align leaders around clear priorities, and integrate execution into a cohesive operating model without disrupting a high-performing culture., • Proven track record leading M&A integration, including post-close operational consolidation, talent integration, and systems and process harmonization, with comfort operating in a private equity-backed environment., • Familiarity with mission-oriented, technology-enabled services, including analytics, data-driven intelligence support, cybersecurity, cloud integration, and software productization or licensing, with the ability to translate strategy into scalable operations., • Knowledge of defense and intelligence mission sets and evolving customer priorities, with enough domain fluency to anticipate operational implications of shifts in technology adoption and mission demand., • Strong people leadership skills, including the ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams, establish accountability and standards, and lead with humility and integrity in a high-trust environment., • Outstanding communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to drive alignment across internal leaders and communicate effectively with owners and external stakeholders., • Prior experience in leveraged, sponsor-backed, or investor-owned environments is preferred., • Active security clearance is required, with the ability to operate effectively across predominantly classified programs.
