Qualifications: Proven experience in commercial construction sales, preferably multifamily new construction Strong understanding of GC/developer sales cycles, competitive bidding environments, construction timelines and scopes Demonstrated success winning ground-up commercial projects Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Comfortable working cross-functionally with estimating and operations CRM proficiency preferred Physical/Sensory Requirements: Ability to exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10-25 pounds of force frequently. The employee is required to use hands and fingers for tasks and occasionally stand, walk, stoop and reach. Noise levels may vary from moderate to noisy.
