Job Description Job Summary:The Area Customer Service Coordinator supports daily operations across multiple client locations, providing mailroom, print, hospitality, and office services. This is a dynamic, field-based role requiring flexibility, strong customer service skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to different environments and responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: • Support daily operations across multiple customer sites within the assigned area., • Perform mailroom duties including shipping, receiving, and distribution., • Assist in reproduction/print center tasks including finishing work., • Provide hospitality and reception support as needed., • Set up and support conference rooms and meetings., • Travel between locations (up to 40–50 miles) to support operations., • Step in for absent staff or during peak workload periods., • Assist with onboarding, cross-training, and sharing best practices., • Support new site implementations and service expansions., • Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards., • Maintain reports, collect data, and support monthly operational reviews., • Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed., • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence. Qualifications:, • High School Diploma or GED required., • Strong customer service and communication skills., • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments., • Good organizational and multitasking abilities., • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, file management)., • Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks with accuracy., • Problem-solving and decision-making skills., • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment., • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform active work (walking/standing). Technical Skills:, • Familiarity with office services equipment (copiers, printers, scanners)., • Basic knowledge of mailroom and print operations., • Ability to navigate network folders and production systems. Preferred Qualifications:, • Experience supporting multiple sites or locations., • Experience in managed services or facilities support roles., • Prior experience in customer-facing roles., • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation (as per company policy). Working Conditions:, • Office and warehouse environments across multiple locations., • Requires frequent travel, walking, standing, and lifting., • Flexible schedule required (may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends). Additional Details:, • Role based in Denver, CO with support from Phoenix, AZ leadership., • Travel between sites is required; mileage/parking reimbursement applicable., • No use of company vehicles permitted., • Highly dynamic role with varying daily responsibilities.
