We’re seeking a Director of Client Strategy & Growth to drive strategic leadership and growth across our account management team. This individual will oversee client relationships, develop long-term strategies to retain and grow accounts, and lead a team of account managers to exceed client expectations. As a seasoned professional with a strong background in account management and sales, you will have the vision, leadership, and hands-on approach needed to ensure our clients thrive. Duties and Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: • Act as the senior point of contact for accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction, retention, and growth., • Develop and execute strategies for client success that align with Nuvolum’s business objectives and drive revenue growth., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, PR, and creative departments, to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs., • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and industries to provide impactful recommendations., • Oversee team performance, including setting KPIs, tracking progress, and driving accountability to meet or exceed goals., • Identify opportunities for account growth and lead efforts to upsell and cross-sell Nuvolum’s services, ensuring clients receive maximum value., • Foster a culture of proactivity and innovation within the team, encouraging solutions-oriented thinking and a client-first mindset., • Lead by example in managing high-profile accounts, demonstrating expertise in client strategy, sales tactics, and relationship building., • 6+ years of experience in account management, client success, or related fields, with 4+ years in a leadership role., • Proven track record of driving client satisfaction, revenue growth, and team performance., • Strong sales acumen with demonstrated success in upselling, cross-selling, and negotiating high-value contracts., • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams., • In-depth understanding of marketing, PR, and digital strategies, including SEO, social media, Google Analytics, PPC, PR, and branding., • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate high-level conversations and foster trust., • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate client goals into actionable plans while maintaining a big-picture perspective., • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with expertise in managing multiple projects and priorities., • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of representing the organization in client-facing and public settings., • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Wrike, Basecamp) and CRM platforms., • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field If you’re ready to make a significant impact, grow with a forward-thinking team, and take your career to the next level, we’d love to hear from you.
