Job Description Food Prep Job Summary: The Food Prep position plays a key role in maintaining kitchen efficiency by ensuring ingredients are prepared, organized, and ready for service. This team member supports cooks and chefs, follows food safety standards, and helps keep the kitchen clean and stocked. Responsibilities: • Wash, peel, chop, cut, and portion ingredients as directed, • Assist with assembling simple dishes or sides as needed, • Label, date, and store all prepared items properly, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, coolers, and storage, • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times, • Support cooks during service with restocking and prep needs, • Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries Qualifications: • Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required, • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team, • Knowledge of food safety standards a plus, • Strong organizational and time-management skills, • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Dishwasher Job Summary: The Dishwasher ensures a clean and sanitary kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, while also assisting with basic cleaning tasks.
