Duties ● Greet customers warmly and provide them with personalized assistance in selecting cannabis products. ● Educate customers about various strains, products, and consumption methods to enhance their experience. ● Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. ● Conduct product demonstrations and promote upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. ● Maintain knowledge of current cannabis laws, regulations, and product offerings to ensure compliance and customer safety. ● Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing products effectively. ● Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. ● Uphold cleanliness and organization within the store environment. ● Cleaning and restocking Skills ● Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. ● Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. ● Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math for accurate transactions. ● Ability to conduct product demos confidently to educate customers about various offerings. ● Proven upselling skills to enhance customer purchases and improve sales performance. ● Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele. ● Supervising experience is beneficial for potential leadership opportunities within the team. ● Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive shopping experience for all patrons. ● Ability to lift 50lbs and transport items up and down stairs
