This role is critical in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of operational objectives, while also managing administrative and logistical support functions. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: • Monitor job progress and schedule changes., • Manage materials inventory, including tracking quantities and types., • Complete and review EV worksheets for accuracy and compliance., • Participate operational meetings., • Work with operational team to address and resolve operational issues and customer complaints., • Oversee the preparation of as-built drawings for mainline work., • Resolve fleet issues such as breakdowns, tows, and equipment changes., • Address HR-related matters, including staffing, performance, and compliance., • Coordinate IT issues, replacements, and equipment distribution., • Maintain and organize all project-related paperwork, including job plans and job packets., • Review and document daily units and revenue by crew in Excel., • Ensure 100% accuracy in Codex entries (timesheets, leave requests, equipment logs)., • Utilize FSM for dispatching and assigning field tasks., • Oversee invoicing and Comdata processes., • Work with BUC & BUM on monthly financials. Job Description Job Title: Registrar Clerk Reports To: Registrar Status: Temporary Full-Time, Non-Exempt, 35hrs/week. Fixed-term contract of 12 months, with the possibility of extension. Job Description ARCHITECT I Why This Role Matters: The individual in this role applies advanced concepts and designs to a variety of projects across varying market sectors, managing and guiding the well-being and productive functioning of CPL’s architectural design teams. The Architect I is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and recommending technical design solutions that meet and exceed client needs for any assigned project. Reporting to a Project Manager or Principal, you provide consultation throughout the planning, design and coordination of complex assignments and carry out novel assignments requiring the development of new/improved techniques and procedures. In this position, you are moderately independent and work on complex small to moderate size projects. What You Bring: · You earned a professional degree in Architecture and have at least four (4) years of related work experience - or an equivalent combination of education and experience · Professional licensure · LEED and WELL accreditation are a plus, but not required · Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and other 3D visualization tools · Comprehension of governing codes, standards, and project planning processes · Ability to collaborate and both independently and as part of a project team, often on multiple projects concurrently · Strong interpersonal skills, which you utilize over the phone, in person and via email correspondence with clients, consultants and internal teams · Foundational knowledge of construction methods/materials and sustainable design strategies What You'll Do: · Coordinate architectural work throughout each step of the project, designating tasks to team members and managing workloads · Participate in client meetings throughout all phases of design and construction · Conduct design and contract document work sessions in conjunction with other disciplines and practice teams · Write/edit architectural specifications using independent analyses and design knowledge · Check in with Project Managers at each project milestone to ensure design quality control/assurance · Research codes, guidelines and regulations governing best design practices · Coordinate and submit all multi-disciplinary documents for authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) approval, bidding, and construction · Play an active role in construction administration, encompassing supplemental instruction generation, construction change directive, change order creation and the preparation of request for information (RFI) responses · Endeavor to spread awareness of CPL’s brand throughout the region What we offer: CPL cares about your future with us! The rate for this position generally ranges between $73,000 to $91,000 annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law.
