Position Overview The Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of the community while also maximizing the living experience for residents and the community. We strive to resolve maintenance issues efficiently and with expertise. The Manager sets weekly priorities for the techs to work through relatively autonomously. The general day begins with grounds (30-45 min), then turns and/or work orders. Deferred maintenance is scheduled throughout the month.
