Job Description Job description: Electrical Manufacturing Supervisor – Mission Critical Systems Data Center & Critical Infrastructure Manufacturing A leading manufacturer of mission-critical electrical systems supporting data centers and critical infrastructure is seeking an experienced Electrical Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, quality, safety, and delivery of high-reliability electrical components. This role is ideal for a technically strong leader with a background in electrical systems manufacturing, who understands the precision, documentation, and compliance required for data center environments. What Youll Do As an Electrical Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate the manufacturing, assembly, and testing of mission-critical electrical components, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to exacting quality standards. Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations for mission-critical electrical systems, • Leading and supervising teams of electricians, assemblers, and technicians, • Planning production schedules and monitoring workflow, productivity, and labor efficiency, • Enforcing safety policies, compliance standards, and quality procedures across the manufacturing floor, • Ensuring all work complies with NEC, UL, and applicable codes and standards, • Coordinating inspections, testing, and documentation for data center–ready systems, • Managing multiple builds or production lines simultaneously, • Collaborating with engineering, project management, and quality teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement, • 3+ years of experience supervising electrical manufacturing or integrated modular systems, • Data center or mission-critical systems experience (required), • Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), • Experience leading production teams of 15+ personnel, • Ability to manage multiple builds or production schedules concurrently, • Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills, • Experience manufacturing electrical skids, switchgear, power distribution units, control panels, or modular electrical systems, • Familiarity with UL 508A, factory inspections, and quality audits, • Active Journeyman Electrician License (or equivalent electrical credential), • Experience with Bluebeam, ERP systems, or Salesforce, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel This organization offers a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment where quality, precision, and accountability matter. Job DescriptionAs a Test Technician, you will apply journeyman-level electrical expertise to test, inspect, and verify electrical products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, electrical codes, and customer requirements. This role performs hands-on electrical testing, troubleshoots and diagnoses issues, interprets drawings and standards, and documents test results to ensure products meet applicable safety and compliance standards. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of electrical systems, code compliance, and testing methods, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues in a manufacturing environment. Schedule • Read and understand specifications, drawings, certified electrical standards, and customer orders to ensure product matches requirements., • Check out materials, procedures and mechanical or electrical systems to ensure customers get high-quality, functional products., • Responsible for testing products at various points in the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to customer requirements., • Perform standard testing processes on a variety of equipment., • Diagnosing errors and/or technical problems, • Recommendations to resolve testing problems or equipment malfunctions., • Results recording of performed inspections and maintain test records Requiremenets • High school diploma or GED, • Journeyman Electrician, • Experience 3+ years in commercial electrical or facilities management environments, • Awareness of electrical standards or compliance certifications (UL, ETL, CSA), • Understand principles of electricity, electrical components, and physics pertinent to, and methods used in testing electric equipment., • Ability to use the NEC 2020 code book on products to make sure they meet code standards, • Ability to read and verify electrical verbiage/standards and apply it to the product., • Ability to verify electrical components in a productand use meter equipment., • Ability to read, review engineering specifications, and blueprints to and determine if product is in conformance., • Knowledge of Hazards involved in working on or near energized equipment and proper safety precautions., • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize efficiently., • Analytical and computer skills with experience with Epicor ERP / MRP or similar and Microsoft 365.
