Job Description Position Summary The Performance Marketing Associate will focus exclusively on critically analyzing and optimizing high-quality traffic and conversions through organic and paid media channels. This role requires a strong analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights, with a results-driven focus on increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and maximizing campaign ROI. Key Responsibilities Search Engine Optimization (SEO) • Strategically develop and execute initiatives to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic, based on a critical assessment of market trends and algorithm updates., • Conduct in-depth keywords and competitive analysis to inform data-driven content and technical SEO optimizations., • Manage on-page SEO by diagnosing and improving metadata, internal linking structures, and site architecture., • Support link-building and outreach campaigns by evaluating potential opportunities to strengthen domain authority., • Plan, launch, and manage paid search campaigns by applying strategic thinking to targeting and audience selection across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms., • Critically analyze ad performance to inform compelling ad copy and creative variations., • Optimize bids, budgets, and campaign structures through data-led decision-making to maximize ROI., • Execute strategies to drive qualified leads through both organic and paid channels, focusing on performance measurement and cost-effectiveness., • Collaborate with the marketing team to diagnose and optimize landing pages, forms, and funnels based on user behavior analysis., • Partner with content, creative, and web teams to align performance marketing initiatives with overall marketing goals., • Provide clear, actionable, and data-backed insights and regular reports to leadership., • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)., • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, SEO, or PPC campaign management with a strong emphasis on analytical tasks., • Demonstrated expertise in using Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) for in-depth analysis., • Proven track record of improving search visibility and delivering measurable ROI from paid campaigns through data-driven problem-solving., • Highly analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail., • Experience with lead generation campaigns for B2B and/or e-commerce., • Familiarity with data-driven conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies., • Knowledge of social media paid advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube) a plus., • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
