Job Details Responsibilities: The Permanent Creditors' Rights Attorney will be responsible for: 1. Representing creditors, trustees, committees, and business entities in out-of-court workouts, bankruptcy cases, litigation, and business transactions., 2. Negotiating and drafting complex financial agreements and restructuring documents., 3. Advising clients on the enforcement of creditors' rights, insolvency, bankruptcy, and other related matters., 4. Representing clients in court proceedings, hearings, trials, and conferences., 5. Conducting legal research and preparing legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, and appeals., 6. Collaborating with colleagues to develop effective strategies for managing clients' cases and legal issues., 7. Staying updated on the latest developments in creditors' rights law and related areas to provide accurate and timely advice to clients. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Permanent Creditors' Rights Attorney position should have the following qualifications: 1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school., 2. Admission to the state bar, or the ability to gain admission within a reasonable time., 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in creditors' rights, insolvency, bankruptcy, or related area of law., 4. Proven experience in representing creditors, trustees, committees, and business entities in out-of-court workouts, bankruptcy cases, litigation, and business transactions., 5. Strong negotiation, drafting, and legal research skills., 6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills., 7. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills., 8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards., 9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment., 10.
