Overview The Emerging Talent Training Specialist is responsible for delivering engaging and effective learning experiences to early-career professionals. This role facilitates virtual training sessions, collects learner feedback, and supports content creation and continuous improvement efforts. As a claims-handling subject matter expert, the Specialist will refine, augment, and maintain claims-handling best practices, delivering comprehensive, end-to-end training to new hires enrolled in the Emerging Talent INVEST Program. Note: Participants in this program are typically entry-level and may have limited or no prior professional experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional patience, empathy, and the ability to coach and support learners at a highly detailed, foundational level. This position is a remote role, however, the candidate must reside in the West Coast. How you'll make an impact • Concentrated on driving and supporting the learning and development needs of operational staff within an assigned region or functional area., • Facilitate instructor-led training in a virtual classroom environment, • Engage learners using adult learning principles and a variety of delivery methods, • Adapt instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and pace, • Collect and report on learner feedback and training effectiveness, • Contribute to the continuous improvement of training delivery and materials, • Develop, administer, and evaluate program checkpoints Required: • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, business, or related field., • 5+ years directly applicable experience in insurance or financial brokerage., • Proficient in developing and following individual work plan(s). Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Proficient in using MS Office applications with key strengths in PowerPoint, Visio, and Project., • Professional certification (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance; CPLP) or equivalent training experience preferred., • Insurance and/or customer service learning and development experience preferred., • Able to collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to identify learning needs, build out materials and implement them in a way that leads to behavior change., • Excellent presence and ability to build and sustain professional relationships at all levels of the organization. #LI-TJ1 Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
