Job Description We are seeking Detainee Support Officers (DSO) to join our mission-driven team supporting humanitarian immigration operations within DHS detention facilities. This role involves providing direct support to detainees, ensuring program requirements are met with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and operational compliance. The ideal candidate will bring prior law enforcement or detention center experience, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be capable of navigating sensitive environments with discretion.
