Responsibilities: Read and interpret construction plans with precision. Perform framing and understand the selection and quality of framing materials. Complete sheetrock installation, pasting, painting, and fine details to high standards. Ensure quality in small details that enhance the overall finish. Oversee projects from start to finish, maintaining a high level of craftsmanship. Work collaboratively on 3-5 projects at a time, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to timelines. Qualifications: Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in all aspects of construction, from structural framing to finishing touches. Ability to work independently and manage construction tasks effectively. Strong understanding of building materials and framing standards. Detail-oriented with an eye for quality and craftsmanship. We are seeking an experienced and civil engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a keen eye for design, and a passion for innovative, sustainable architecture.
