We provide sidewalks, street reconstruction, water mains, sewers, and pedestrian ramps quality infrastructure that is essential for a healthy, resilient city. To accomplish all this work, DDC contracts with a number of consultant and contractors who submit approximately 4500 payment requests annually. DDC seeks a Capital Payment Auditor to review and process these payment requisitions. To process these requisitions, the candidate will be expected to conduct mathematical computations and forensic research; review, audit and prepare payment vouchers; identify correct commodity and accounting lines; verify change orders and task order registrations (in FMS3); and adjust payment voucher(s) due to liens, claims and assignments. The candidate will use the DDC automated ledger system to record and track payments. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and run payment reports as needed and learn DDC’s applications for processing payments (PDMS, PIMS, CPS and Benchmark). Job Description The role… The Project Director – Soho Farmhouse New York is a role leading the overall development of 250-acres of farmland in Rhinebeck, New York into a new, experience-led Soho House destination property by Q2 2028 [Phase I] and subsequent phases. The role will also be responsible for the entitlement, planning and site development of an adjacent 274-acre residential subdivision. The role will will coordinate across design, development and operations departments, as well as external consultant team and key stakeholders, to lead the planning, construction and pre-opening phases of the project. In addition to managing the day-to-day physical realization of the project, a central objective of the role is to ensure the project's highly qualitative execution directly contributes to wider Group business goals of enhancing member experience and improving member retention globally. Owing to the project's highly complex nature, cost, multiple phases, large scale and multiple internal stakeholders, the role is therefore the key Development player in ensuring its successful delivery and without which the project could not proceed. The Project Manager (PM) - Design, Construction, and Management, as a member of the project management team in the Office of Facilities Planning, Construction, and Management (FPCM), plays a vital role in successfully implementing this program. The PM is primarily responsible for implementing capitally funded construction projects, including the design and construction of new buildings, renovation projects, infrastructure projects, energy performance projects, repair projects, and capital maintenance projects at CUNY campuses. Exercising independent initiative and judgment and working under the general direction of the Assistant Director (AD), the PM has wide latitude in implementing their assigned capital projects.
