Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Employee Health Manager is responsible for the oversight and administration of all occupational health and safety services within the hospital setting. This role ensures compliance with The Joint Commission standards, Cal/OSHA, CDC, ADA/FEHA, and other applicable state and federal regulations, while promoting a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for employees.
