We're a small, client-focused gym where trainers actually get to know their clients—not a revolving door of members you'll never see twice. WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT: W2 employment (not 1099) — We handle your taxes, you get unemployment protection Guaranteed pay during scheduled blocks — Even if a client cancels, you still get paid admin rate No sales quotas — We do the selling. You commit to specific blocks each week (e.g., Mon/Wed/Fri 7-10am). During your blocks, you train clients and handle admin duties.
