Role and Responsibilities • Manage construction and design deliverables with a strict focus on uptime requirements, concurrent maintainability, and the Client’s Tier-level expectations., • Coordinate all technical matters between the Client, Hyperscale/Colo Design Teams, and specialized MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) designers to ensure seamless integration., • Lead meetings regarding specialist contractor packages (e.g., UPS, CRAC units, STS) to ensure all critical power and cooling requirements are integrated into the master BIM model., • Coordinate all construction/design matters between the key project stakeholders – Client, Design Team, third party specialist designers, and General Contractor., • Review and monitor the Design Team’s and contractor construction/design processes, procedures and quality management plans thus ensuring distribution of all construction/design information and documentation to all relevant parties., • Manage the review of key milestone deliverables for completion in relation to quality of construction/design, implementation and coordination of design changes including Quality Assurance in accordance with the design consultants’ contracted scope of services., • Review and manage all construction/design related queries to an amicable resolution., • Manage, coordinate and control all meetings in relation to the construction/design/shop drawings of specialist contractors’ packages to ensure the overall design requirements are integrated into the Project., • Consult with and respond to questions from contractors and construction consultants for bids regarding projects design, plans scope of work, and costs., • Plan and coordinate analysis, review, preparation and oversight of capital projects, major maintenance, and space planning., • Provide regular status reports of all construction, major maintenance or space planning projects to the appropriate manager, or others as required., • Ensure constant communication with all project staff to identify potential problems, formulate recommendations, solutions, and reports., • Respond positively to the needs of customers, supervisors and colleagues., • Communicate ideas for improvement to Company leaders., • Ability to monitor and review the as-built drawing process., • Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time. Qualifications and Education Requirements • Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, • At least (3) years of direct experience coordinating Mission Critical projects (Data Centers, Healthcare, or Industrial Infrastructure). Proficiency with Revit., • Blueprint reading, basic math, and understanding of measuring devices., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task., • Regular and supervisory probation period required, if applicable., • Random drug testing is required., • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required., • Physical Demands: Constant sitting, walking short distances, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching above and/or below shoulder, handling/grasping documents or office equipment, clear speaking and adequate hearing sufficient to communicate effectively and respond appropriately in-person and/or on the telephone, vision sufficient to read source materials and computer screen data, repetitive motions for computer equipment use, lift 25 lbs. occasionally, 5-10 lbs frequently to lift/carry/move objects, files and documents., • Must successfully pass a background check & drug test.
