Job Description We are seeking a customer-focused Field Service Technician to support Diversey’s institutional business across the State of Colorado. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in the field. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing chemical dispensing systems and leased dish machines while building strong, long-term relationships with customers. Product demonstrations and customer training are a key part of this role. Key Responsibilities • Deliver exceptional customer service supporting cleaning and sanitation programs, • Install, maintain, and repair chemical dispensing systems and dish machines, • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, • Conduct routine site visits to ensure equipment performance and customer satisfaction, • Train customers on equipment operation, product usage, cleaning procedures, and SDS compliance, • Maintain accurate service documentation using Salesforce FSL and customer reporting systems, • Monitor on-site inventory and support product ordering and compliance, • Maintain company vehicle inventory and service tools, • Prioritize repairs and service requests to meet SLAs, • Adhere strictly to EHS policies and promote a strong safety culture, • Complete administrative tasks including timesheets, reporting, and visit planning Required Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent, • Minimum 1 year of field service experience with industrial equipment, • Minimum 1 year of experience selling cleaning solutions or equipment in hospitality or food service environments, • Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting skills, • Proficient with hand and power tools, • Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), SharePoint, and PowerApps, • Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record, • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces, • Willingness to support emergency service needs (evenings, weekends, holidays), • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, • Professional, self-motivated, and customer-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL), • Knowledge of food safety standards, • NEHA/CPFS or ServSafe certifications Territory • State of Colorado, • Occasional support for remote customers in neighboring statesCompany DescriptionFounded in 1998 and headquartered in Farmington Hills, MI, Kyyba has a global presence delivering high-quality resources and top-notch recruiting services, enabling businesses to effectively respond to organizational changes and technological advances.
