Job Description The DoubleTree by Hilton is currently seeking an Assistant Banquet Manager to join the team. In this role, the Assistant Banquet Manager partners with the Banquet Manager to plan and deliver successful events. Responsibilities include supervising banquet staff, coordinating event logistics with catering and culinary teams, and ensuring exceptional service standards. The position also involves leading shifts, scheduling and training team members, addressing client needs, managing inventory, and ensuring full compliance with hotel policies and safety guidelines. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience., • Campus dining experience or comparable hospitality leadership background, and catering experience., • Proven ability to interpret policies, contracts, and complex operational needs., • Passion for community engagement and building diverse, equitable supply chains., • 10–15 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience; higher education experience strongly preferred., • Experience overseeing $40M+ total managed volume.
