How You'll Help This position manages the Marketplace operations at Mile High United Way's Community Corner, primarily including but not limited to the management of receiving, handling, storing and distributing food in a manner that is compliant with our safety standards and those of partners and food providing agencies, as well as volunteers, donor relationships and family experiences. This role works cross-departmentally to develop operational strategies that align with Community Impact Division work, strategic initiatives, 211 and facilities. Essential Responsibilities • Manage the Marketplace operations within the Community Corner including acquisition, receiving, sorting and distributing food, maintaining inventory, budget, tracking related data and managing volunteers who support the operations., • Manage volunteers and activities for food pantry operations through a combination of one-time and recurring opportunities for corporate, group and community volunteers.
