We’ve built a cult following by putting creative twists on the classic bánh mì, and we’re not slowing down. The buzz is real: Bloomberg Magazine just named us one of the Top 10 Airport Restaurants in the World for 2025, and Fast Casual Magazine recognized us as a Top 500 Mover & Shaker for 2025. We were also featured on Travel Channel’s Food Paradise and named a Top 50 fast-casual concept nationally. Now we’re bringing the heat to New York City with our first franchise location in the Flatiron/Gramercy Park neighborhood — and we need someone awesome to run the show.
