What You’ll Do: • Work directly with Nicole Blakeman, Team Captain, supporting her leadership and ensuring the smooth flow of our business., • Be a trusted point of contact for clients and partners., • Manage loan files, gather and review documents, and keep deals moving forward., • Communicate proactively with clients, Realtors, attorneys, and teammates—no surprises, no dropped balls., • Own the details: deadlines, follow-ups, and the “little things” that make a huge difference., • Help us deliver the kind of white-glove experience that keeps clients coming back and partners raving. But if you’re the right fit, this is where you belong Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly plus bonus Responsibilities: • Assist with administrative duties such as making and screening calls, booking appointments, etc., • Coordinate and prepare documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork, • Verify all loan package documentation received is accurate and complete in accordance with company policy and procedures and report any discrepancies to the loan originator/ loan officer, • Act as the primary contact between our clients and our company and schedule and conduct meetings to discuss any follow-up issues or items that need to be addressed, • Answer questions about transactions for clients and company employees to help ensure a high level of customer satisfactionQualifications:, • Understand basic loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc., • Excellent customer service and communication skills and willing to go above and beyond for customers and team, • Computer proficiency required including MS Office; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred, • Although not required, having an NMLS license or training is preferred, • Preferably 2-3 years of administrative support in a professional office or mortgage environmentAbout Company We pride ourselves on superb communication with clients, agents, and each other.
