Position Overview The Content Marketing Specialist supports the strategic growth of our wholesale and retail food business by bringing our brand to life through compelling content, thoughtful design, and consistent storytelling. This hands-on creative role produces digital and physical marketing assets that drive awareness, foot traffic, and customer loyalty. Working closely with Sales and leadership, this position translates strategy into high-quality visuals and campaigns across social, digital, retail, and foodservice channels. The ideal candidate is both creative and organized — equally comfortable designing graphics, editing content, supporting photoshoots, managing calendars, and analyzing performance to improve results. This role plays a key part in maintaining brand consistency while evolving our creative presence as the business grows. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Planning • Plan and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals, including in-store promotions, digital advertising, and social media content., • Develop and manage monthly, weekly, and daily content and marketing calendars, coordinating support for product rollouts, vendor features, sponsorships, and seasonal campaigns while ensuring all events are added to the shared calendar., • Analyze data and market trends to optimize messaging and targeting strategies., • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as followers, engagement, and reach., • Create and manage digital content including email marketing, website/recipe updates, event content, and social media., • Create signage and marketing assets internally while also working with designers and external agencies; present creative concepts to the Executive Team as needed., • Manage Louie the Link appearances from booking through execution, serving as his primary handler at events. When applicable, oversee brand ambassador scheduling and support training efforts for local campaign execution., • Manage sustainability programs and identify opportunities to grow environmental impact year over year., • Create and manage SOPs, forms, and reporting for donations., • Order, distribute, and maintain accurate inventory of Polidori merchandise (swag), including recommending reorder timing., • Utilize marketing software including Canva, Asana, and Microsoft Suite to manage projects and creative workflows., • Maintain flexibility to support additional projects, campaigns, and events as business needs evolve. Working Conditions • Work is performed in a manufacturing/plant environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures., • Requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods., • Occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work required., • Team player, willing to step in wherever needed in a small business setting, be creative, and suggest fresh and new ideas. Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field., • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, grocery, or foodservice., • Experience with Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, WordPress, and HubSpot., • Strong content creation skills using Canva, Adobe products, Midjourney, plus photography and video editing., • Extensive experience posting and managing content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok., • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to brand voice., • High attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills., • Creative thinker with solid project management ability., • Proficient in Microsoft Office., • Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with multiple stakeholders. Preferred • A genuine love for food and cooking, with enthusiasm for creating content around recipes, products, and kitchen experiences., • Passion for social trends and ways to connect with community audiences.
