Job Description HIRING: EHR Project Manger Location: Pennsylvania (with travel to Illinois, Ohio and Colorado, as needed) Salary: $115,000 Job Description - EHR (Electronic Health Records) Project Manager We are seeking an experienced EHR Project Manager with deep knowledge of Credible EHR to lead system optimization and expansion across multiple states. This role will first focus on optimizing the current Illinois and Pennsylvania implementations, followed by leading full system rollouts in Ohio and Colorado. Technical / EHR Expertise • Experience configuring and administering Credible EHR, • Form Builder / Form XML experience, • Programs, Teams, Episodes, Service types, Billing rules, Workflows, • Report Writer & SQL queries, • Understanding of behavioral health documentation, billing, & regulatory compliance, • ASAM Levels of Care, • Residential SUD & MH documentation requirements, • CMS, Medicaid, state licensing rules (IL 2060 / PA 3800 helpful), • Prior involvement in EHR implementation or re-build projects, • SQL reporting experience (Credible uses SQL-based reporting), • XML familiarity for form building/customization, • Data validation & QA auditing, • Intermediate Excel or BI reporting skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar a plus), • PMP, CAPM, or Six Sigma preferred (not required), • Strong process-mapping & SOP development, • Vendor coordination experience (working directly with Credible support/devs), • Behavioral health or healthcare operations background, • Familiarity with:, • Clinical workflows (residential, outpatient, MAT, case mgmt.), • Medicaid billing & encounter data, • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, • Clear communicator across clinical, billing, and IT teams, • Ability to manage multiple state rollouts and timelines, • Lead EHR enhancement initiatives from planning to execution, • Assess and correct existing Credible configuration, including:, • Programs & Episodes, • Service types and billing configurations, • Forms and documentation workflows, • Scheduling, treatment plans, clinical documentation, • Build and modify forms, templates, reports, and dashboards, • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SQL-based Credible reports, • Oversee new state implementations and configure to state/regulatory requirements, • Partner with leadership, clinical, billing, and quality teams to streamline workflows, • Lead data validation and system testing efforts, • Coordinate with Credible Support on escalated system issues and complex builds, • Create training materials and deliver staff training, • Maintain EHR governance structure and documentation (SOPs, change logs), • 3+ years experience administering or implementing Credible EHR (required), • Experience in SUD/MH, residential treatment, or healthcare setting, • Strong project management skills; PMP or similar preferred, • Proficiency with SQL reporting, • Experience with XML and form-building platforms (Credible preferred), • Knowledge of behavioral-health regulatory requirements (IL, PA, OH, CO preferred), • Ability to map processes, document workflows, and train end users, • Ability to communicate across clinical, billing, and IT stakeholders, • Medicaid documentation and billing knowledge, • EHR implementation or migration experience, • Power BI or other data visualization tools Apis Services, Inc.
