Job DescriptionJob Title: Apprentice Plumber, Journeyman Plumber Job Description Join a dynamic team working on the Phase 2 of Capstone in Austin, Texas. This role involves the assembly, installation, and repair of plumbing systems according to specifications and trade codes. You will be responsible for handling pipes, fittings, and fixtures related to heating, water, and drainage systems. The position requires working independently while adhering to a tight schedule. Responsibilities • Assist in the assembly, installation, and repair of plumbing systems., • Install systems according to specifications and appropriate trade and building codes., • Handle pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems., • Report to a trade supervisor for guidance., • Perform other job-related duties as required., • Work under close supervision while maintaining independence.Essential Skills, • Apprentice plumber license., • 2-4 years experience in commercial plumbing installation., • Knowledge of plumbing systems and installation techniques., • OSHA 10 certification., • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Basic tools for plumbing tasks., • Experience with PVC piping and mechanical systems. Work Environment The work environment is supportive and values-driven, focusing on fitting candidates into the company culture. You will be expected to care about your work and the team you are part of. The working schedule is 6 days a week, from 7 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility to work later if needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, Texas. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $38.00/hr.
