Job Description: Act as the day-to-day marketing lead for 8-10 advisor teams, becoming an expert in each team’s goals, voice, services, and growth opportunities. Conduct proactive campaign planning sessions with advisor teams to uncover needs, provide recommendations, and ensure marketing initiatives align to team-level business goals. Partner closely with Advisor Marketing Consultants to ensure each team’s plan ladders up to regional growth priorities. Key aspect of role is supporting a handful of teams executing on their marketing goals and initiatives with a big focus on event coordination. Align advisor team marketing plan with corporate marketing offerings and adoption of key growth drivers and initiatives using our Advisor Marketing Platform for events, email and social strategies from our content library and advisor crafted content. Navigate Salesforce: pull reports, analyze dashboards, present client data, create campaigns and report out on results and final budgets (we can teach you!). Lead campaign planning and execution using tools like FMG Suite, Canva, Wistia, Wrike, and Salesforce. Coordinate collateral development, content customization, email/social/web campaigns, event support, and vendor communications as needed. Collaborate with the Creative, Brand, Web, and Compliance teams to ensure timely execution and approval of marketing assets. Track results and share post-campaign insights and optimizations with teams and marketing leaders. Leverage AI tools to increase content speed, surface new ideas, and streamline recurring marketing processes. Foster strong relationships with financial advisors, the advisor marketing team and identifying and highlighting success stories and best practices within the advisor community. Help to document and create processes around successful new initiatives. Serve as a key central knowledge hub for each assigned team’s marketing strategy and execution. Keep internal stakeholders (e.g., Advisor Marketing Consultant, Advisor Marketing leaders) informed of key campaigns, blockers, and advisor feedback. Ensure work is visible and documented, allowing consultant team members to stay out of day-to-day execution while maintaining confidence in outcomes. Regularly educate and train advisors and their staff on your marketing recommendations, marketing collateral, and tools available to support all areas of their client and prospect lifecycle. Research and stay informed on ideas within and outside our industry to make recommendations and bring new ideas to your advisor teams. Take ownership of key advisor enablement projects as needed to help continually enhance our offerings and capabilities. Participate in team-wide meetings, creative brainstorms and campaign showcases. Contribute to the development of new tools, templates, or campaign frameworks. Identify opportunities to scale successful ideas across advisor teams. Serve as a collaborative partner within the team, pitching in on things that wouldn’t normally be on your to-do list as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, or a related field Minimum of 3 years in marketing or sales enablement preferred Financial services marketing experience beneficial, but not required Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Ability to function in Wistia, Wrike, Canva, and FMG Suite is a plus! Technical aptitude: Ability to learn new applications, technologies and AI quickly. Proficiency in working with CRM systems required, Salesforce a plus.
