Job Description Bilingual Medical Office AdminLHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our healthcare client in hiring a temporary Medical Office Admin position. This role will be 100% onsite in Encinitas and a full-time, contract opportunity, Monday-Friday, during office hours 8a-5p. This position will be focused on creating a great experience for patients and will assist with checking in/out, collection of copays, registration of patients as needed, insurance verification, scheduling appointments, and other administrative duties as needed. This will be a fast-paced position and interested candidates must be bilingual English/Spanish. Requirements β’ High School Diploma or equivalent, β’ Minimum 2 years healthcare administrative experience, β’ Proficiency working within EMR Systems and Microsoft Office, β’ Bilingual English/Spanish required Skills, β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, β’ Can work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks as needed, β’ Strong ability to work well independently and meet deadlines, β’ Compassionate and empathetic towards others, β’ Detail-oriented and organized, β’ Tech savvy and can work within multiple software systems as needed Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour Search managed by: Jennifer Andrews Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
