ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Wilmington, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: Telemetry, • Discipline: RN, • Start Date: 09/08/2025, • Duration: 13 weeks, • 36 hours per week, • Shift: 12 hours, nights Shift Details: • Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 18:45 - 07:15, • Contract Length: 13 to 26 weeks Key Responsibilities: • Monitor patients with cardiac conditions, including Congestive Heart Failure and Arrhythmias., • Administer medications, including blood products and cardiac drips (Diltiazem, Amiodarone)., • Perform direct patient care tasks, including remote monitoring and interpretation of cardiac rhythms., • Manage central lines and adhere to standard care practices., • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide effective patient care., • Participate in weekend shifts as scheduled (5-6 weekends per contract)., • Minimum of 2 years of telemetry or PCU experience., • Experience in charge nursing is preferred., • The unit primarily monitors cardiac patients and engages in special procedures like sheath pulls and managing cardiac drips., • Comfort with floating to other units based on census and skillsets., • Must pass an EKG competency test prior to start., • Candidates will have a maximum of 7 days of time off approved, pending no holiday conflicts.
