Job Description Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant Location: Pierce and King County clinics and mobile units Salary Range: $30.00 to $32.00 Hourly Join Our Mission! Our top priority is to provide the highest levels of patient-centered care to those we serve. WCDC's Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) facilities provide FDA approved medication paired with behavioral health counseling. Our individual service plans are built around patients in a supportive, safe environment to create a personalized pathway to recovery. In addition to recovery, we also offer planned patient transportation and family and social support. Where & When You'll Work • As a Medical Assistant (MA) rotating to multiple sites, you will have a guaranteed full time shift schedule, working at sites within Pierce and King Counties., • Auburn Clinic, 3320 Auburn Wy N, Auburn, WA 98002, • 5:30am-8:00pm Monday-Friday, 5:30am-11:00am Saturday, • Seattle Clinic, 13555 Aurora Ave N. Seattle, WA 98133, • Opening Soon, • Mobile Units, depart from Auburn & N. Seattle Clinics What You'll Do: • Prepare members for exams, procedures, and treatments, assisting providers to deliver excellent care., • Collect and document vital signs, medical histories, and other health information accurately., • Perform procedures such as UA collections, blood draws, and EKGs within your scope of licensure., • Educate members on their treatment plans, follow-up care, and available resources., • Maintain accurate member records in the electronic medical records (EMR) system., • Assist with lab paperwork, referrals, and other administrative documentation., • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to enhance care delivery and operations., • Quickly adapt to different team environments and workflows while maintaining consistent care standards., • Support mobile unit operations by preparing and maintaining the clinic environment and facilitating member flow., • Keep exam rooms and clinical areas clean, organized, and stocked with supplies., • Monitor and maintain medical equipment to ensure safety and compliance., • Collaborate with team members to coordinate member flow and optimize service delivery, • High school diploma or equivalent required, • Completion of a certified Medical Assistant program with active certification in Washington State., • Experience in member care, including EKGs, UA collections, and mobile healthcare settings, is a plus., • Exceptional adaptability to work across multiple clinic and mobile unit settings., • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle fast-paced environments, • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse member populations and team members., • Proficiency in EMR systems and basic computer applications, • Impactful Work: Play a key role in maintaining safe, functional, and welcoming healthcare spaces for our community!, • Career Growth: Learn and develop your skills while making a tangible difference!, • Total Comp at We Care: Quarterly bonus plan launching in Q4, earn 8–16% of your quarterly pay for hitting key targets.
