All Abilities Learning Center is launching a brand-new location in Tucson and is seeking a dynamic, community-connected professional to lead outreach and member recruitment efforts for our DDD Day Training for Adults (DTA) program. This is a high-impact opportunity to help adults with Autism, Down syndrome, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental disabilities access services that promote independence, life skills, community engagement, and meaningful daily experiences. If you understand Arizona’s DDD system and know how to connect individuals to services, this role offers both purpose and performance-based earning potential. Position Overview This is a 1099 independent contractor position, which means: • You are not classified as an employee, • No employer-provided benefits (no PTO, medical, retirement, etc.), • No tax withholding (contractor is responsible for own taxes), • Flexible, outcome-driven structure, • $18/hour for outreach, engagement, and recruitment activities Key Responsibilities Community Outreach & Relationship Development • Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to increase awareness of our DDD Day Program throughout Tucson, • Build and maintain relationships with:, • DDD Support Coordinators, • Case Managers, • Group homes, • Behavioral health providers, • Community organizations and advocacy groups, • Conduct presentations, informational sessions, and public speaking engagements to educate families and stakeholders about program services when asked to, • Represent All Abilities Learning Center professionally at community events, • Recruit adults with developmental disabilities who have active DDD DTA authorizations, • Demonstrate working knowledge of:, • DDD processes, • Focus system, • Service authorizations, • Enrollment procedures, • Design targeted recruitment strategies to increase program census, • Track outreach activities, referrals, and enrollment metrics, • Support digital outreach efforts, including social media and community engagement campaigns, • Promote program activities in a way that highlights inclusion, accessibility, and opportunity, • Demonstrated experience working within Arizona’s DDD system, • Familiarity with:, • DTA authorizations, • Focus system, • Service coordination processes, • Experience in community outreach, social services, workforce development, public health, or related fields, • Strong public speaking and presentation skills, • Proven ability to recruit participants through strategic networking, • Organized, self-directed, and results-oriented, • Comfortable tracking data and reporting measurable outcomes, • Background in program development or volunteer coordination, • Experience working with individuals with Autism, Down syndrome, intellectual disabilities, or behavioral support needs You are not just filling seats in a program — you are helping individuals gain access to services that support: • Skill development, • Community inclusion, • Social connection, • Greater independence Location: All Abilities Learning Center 700 W.
