Contributing to employee training materials, and building resources for our staff to maintain and improve performance. Opening duties, including but not limited to: leading pre-shift meetings, liaising with the management to stay informed on menu changes and service notes Closing duties, including: recording staff tips and hours, writing service recap, checking staff closing duties and performing a final walkthrough of the kitchen and taking inventory Compensation will be determined based on level of experience.
