Connect Staffing is recruiting for a leading disaster recovery support company that deploys rapidly-built base camps that house and feed utility crews restoring power for residents throughout the Gulf Coast region. Open Camp-Support Roles • Housekeeping / Shower Attendant Keep restrooms, showers, sleeper trailers, and common areas sanitized and stocked with hygiene products; handle trash pickup and disposal around camp. $20/hr + OT and travel pay., • Laundry Attendant Operate commercial washers/dryers; sort, wash, fold, and deliver linens, towels, uniforms, and personal clothing. $20/hr + OT and travel pay., • Dining Hall Attendant Plate and serve buffet and grab-and-go meals, restock beverage stations, bus tables, and perform light janitorial in the dining hall. $20/hr + OT and travel pay., • Dishwasher / Utility Sanitation Wash pots, pans, plates, and utensils. Sanitize surfaces and equipment in the kitchen and other camp areas as needed. Provide general utility support as needed. $20/hr + OT and travel pay., • Houskeeping / Laundry / Dining (Front-of-house) Leads Schedule, train, and supervise their respective teams as necessary. Experience required.$30/hr + OT and travel pay. Preferred Qualifications for All Positions • Live in the Southeastern or Eastern US for priority deployment opportunities during the 2025 Atlantic hurricane season., • Have transportation such a personal vehicle to travel to deployment sites in states such as TX, LA, FL, SC, or NC., • Have related experiencein cleaning, laundry, food service, or similar. Candidates with other experience in physically demanding jobs may also be considered., • Be over 18, authorized to work in the US for any employer, and able to pass a background check and drug test., • Prior experience with disaster recovery camps or in roles such as buffet attendant, cafeteria server, banquet server, janitor, custodian, porter, laundry worker, room attendant, maid, hotel cleaner, residential cleaner, busser, server, waiter, restaurant host, or similar is a big plus! Compensation & Logistics • Competitive hourly pay with overtime after 40 hrs/week.
