Why You'll Love This Job • Be a Leader Who Makes a Difference – Support and guide a hardworking team while ensuring every space exceeds expectations, • Variety Every Day – From coaching team members to inspecting rooms and jumping in where needed, no two days are the same, • Guest-Focused Purpose – Your work directly impacts guest comfort, cleanliness, and overall experience What You'll Be Doing • Lead the Clean Dream Team – Support the Executive Housekeeper and manage housekeeping and laundry operations when they’re away, • Coach & Train – Interview, train, and support Housekeepers and Laundry Team Members, • Set the Standard – Hold team members accountable to core values and performance expectations, • Room Readiness Pro – Assign daily room boards, hallways, and extra tasks while tracking late checkouts and early departures, • Quality Champion – Inspect due-out, vacant, and inspected rooms to ensure they exceed brand standards, • Fix It Fast – When something’s not right, guide team members to correct it immediately, • Jump In When Needed – Assist with room cleaning, laundry, and public area upkeep during busy times, • Behind-the-Scenes Organizer – Ensure storage rooms are stocked and organized; put away deliveries promptly, • Communication Hub – Work closely with the Front Desk, Maintenance, and Management to keep operations running smoothly, • Lost & Found Legend – Collect, log, and store items properly in software programs, • Schedule Support – Help ensure all shifts are covered fairly, including weekends, holidays, and call-ins, • Team Morale Booster – Maintain a positive attitude and support a respectful, upbeat work environment Who You Are • A natural leader who enjoys motivating and supporting others, • Detail-oriented with high standards for cleanliness and organization, • Calm, flexible, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment, • Comfortable using basic computer systems and record keeping, • Flexible and reliable with varying schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, • At least 6 months of housekeeping or related experience
