We are looking for a thermal engineer to be responsible for the system level transient thermal analysis of lunar transport vehicles in ground, launch, Earth orbit, cis-lunar space, lunar orbit, and lunar surface environments using Thermal Desktop. Typical tasks include capturing system inputs, constructing and vetting analysis models, performing system level trade studies, generating temperature and heat transfer predictions, and documenting results. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Collect analysis inputs from stakeholders and responsible engineers, • Develop new or modified thermal analysis models to represent vehicle configuration and behavior, • Create analysis cases to evaluate vehicle thermal performance is worst case conditions, • Check own work and correct errors independently, • Post process analysis results to draw engineering conclusions from output data, • Author and publish analysis reports in various mediums to support engineering decision making, • Generate and present design review content to subsystem, vehicle and business unit partners and customers, • Create work plans, document progress and report status to leads and managers Minimum Qualifications: • Minimum of a B.S. degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering., • 4-5 years of relevant Thermal Engineering/Analysis experience., • Solid understanding of thermal fundamentals., • Demonstrated thermal analysis skills., • Familiarity with modeling spacecraft thermal performance using Thermal Desktop and Sinda/Fluint. This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable. As part of a hardworking team of engineers, designers and specialists you will perform analysis of structural subsystems for New Glenn's first stage stage using classic hand calculations as well as Finite Element Model (FEM) simulations to support design, manufacturing and operations. A thorough understanding of structural analysis and load path is required as we strive for a weight optimized design. In addition, you will be responsible for creating analysis documentation that is concise and accurate and to perform peer reviews of analysis and reports generated by other team members. You will also be expected to provide structural analysis guidance to design engineers as well as junior structural analysts. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight. For partner-managed accounts, the Customer Success Lead is accountable for the quality of customer outcomes, not merely the relationship with the partner. * Maintain oversight of partner-managed accounts in the regional portfolio; the CX Scorecard applies regardless of delivery model. * Conduct partner QBR reviews at the cadence defined in the partner oversight model and escalate partner delivery issues before they become customer health issues. * Ensure partner CSMs are operating the CX Playbook correctly and intervene where execution quality falls below standard. * Feed partner performance signals back to the Partnerships function for use in remediation and certification decisions. 5) Team Leadership & Capability Building: You are building the execution capability of a team that sits at the core of RecordPoint's retention and expansion engine.
