Job Description Manufacturing Technician (Temp to Hire) – Lenexa, KS Join a growing team in Lenexa, KS as a Manufacturing Technician! Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Pay Rate: $18.38/hr Key Responsibilities: • Perform basic service and repairs on handpieces and small equipment as assigned, • Diagnose and analyze device failures using test equipment and standard tooling, • Document evaluations, service recommendations, parts required, and preventative maintenance on service orders, • Conduct repairs and quality testing to established specifications, • Provide basic technical support on select products, • Complete other tasks as assigned by your lead or management Skills & Qualifications: • Ability to read and follow standard procedures and work instructions, • Basic writing skills for routine reports and correspondence, • Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude, • General math, logic, and computer skills, • Capacity to solve practical, real-world problems, • Willingness to learn new repair tasks and work both independently and as part of a team, • Uphold company policies and standards Requirements: • Minimum 0–6 months of relevant mechanical experience preferred, • High School Diploma or equivalent, • Physical ability to sit/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs, use hands, stoop, kneel, twist, reach, and use eye protection as needed Work Environment: • On-site manufacturing setting with stable conditions; may be exposed to moderate noise If you are eager to develop new skills and grow within a manufacturing environment, apply today to start your career as a Manufacturing Technician in Lenexa!
