Qualifications: * Bilingual English and Spanish * Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Friendly and professional demeanor. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
