This is a build role. Bellantoni has spent more than sixty years earning its name across one of the most demanding residential markets in the Northeast, and the company is now investing in growing its sales organization in a serious way. We are looking for the person who will lead that effort. You will own new business for one of the region's most established landscape and outdoor living companies. You will bring the relationships you have already built, develop new ones, and set the standard for how this company sells. For a senior salesperson who has outgrown a place that will not invest behind them, this is a rare chance to build something and be paid for the results. Our reputation is built on doing the work right. What we are adding now is a sales leader who can carry that reputation into more of the right homes and grow the book the way it should be grown. Your Market Scarsdale | Rye | Bronxville | Larchmont | Harrison | Armonk | Bedford | Chappaqua | White Plains and the surrounding Westchester communities, plus Greenwich and Stamford, CT This is one of the most affluent residential corridors in the country, full of high-value properties and homeowners who expect a true professional. You will not be convincing people that quality matters. You will be the person they trust to deliver it. What You Will Do • Drive new residential and commercial business across the Westchester and Fairfield market, leading with relationships you already have and building new ones, • Build and hold a healthy, consistent pipeline so the company always has quality work queued well ahead, • Sell consultatively on projects ranging from roughly $25,000 to $500,000 and up, across landscape, design/build, outdoor living, and full-service maintenance, • Develop and mentor the existing sales talent, raising the bar on how the team prospects, presents, and closes, • Shift the sales culture from taking orders to actively hunting the right work, • Represent Bellantoni credibly with discerning clients and the architects, designers, builders, and property managers around them, • Partner with ownership and operations so that what you sell gets delivered to the standard the name carries What We Are Looking For We are open to strong candidates from a range of green industry and high-end home services backgrounds, including: • Landscape, design/build, or outdoor living sales, • Lawn care, tree and shrub, or irrigation sales, • High-end home services or home improvement sales to luxury residential clients, • Account or business development roles with a book of relationships in this market Required: • 7 or more years selling in landscape, outdoor living, design/build, lawn care, tree care, or a related home services field, • An established book of business and commercial relationships you can put to work, • Deep, current knowledge of the Westchester and Fairfield high-end residential market, • A track record closing higher-ticket projects and managing a pipeline, not just taking inbound, • Experience leading or mentoring other salespeople, formally or informally, • Valid driver's license and the ability to work in-market full-time, • A reputation for integrity and follow-through Preferred: • CLP, CLT, ISA Certified Arborist, or NALP certification (helpful, not required), • Familiarity with CRM and estimating or proposal software, • Hands-on experience selling design/build or outdoor living projects Compensation and Benefits Base salary of $100,000 to $1155,000, plus uncapped commission, with total compensation of $150,000 and up for top performers.
