Analyze vendor pricing and purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities., • Process return material authorizations (RMA’s), • Analyze customer issues—including product, delivery, or application concerns—and determine appropriate resolutions or next steps., • Expedite customer’s orders., • Process Account Receivable, invoicing, and follow up on unpaid invoices., • Assist Territory Managers to meet customers’ needs., • Cooperate with other team members to meet customers’ needs, and work with management on special projects., • Provide administrative support (office supplies, cleaning services, and building maintenance), • Maintain continuity of work operations by running weekly inventory reports and following up on outstanding parts orders, purchase orders, quote requests and billing issues., • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, supplies, and equipment servicing., • Ability to research products and use analytical problem-solving skills to identify and resolve process issues, ensuring efficient workflow and continuous improvement., • Maintain and organize inventory of office supplies and equipment., • Ability to review products and services and understand their appropriate applications., • Inventory control, • Handle shipping and receiving when warehouse manager is not available, • 2-3 years of experience in a comparable role or a Bachelor's degree., • Ability to understand and work with products, parts, or systems where accuracy and mechanical reasoning are important., • Effectively communicate in writing, over the phone, in video meetings, by text and internet chat., • Enthusiasm and ability to work independently with minimal supervision., • Effective time management and task priority assignment., • Ability to solve mechanical problems, • Positive attitude and willingness to help others, • Proficient in P21’s ERP system, • Must be able to prioritize and/or change work assignments as needed to meet new established deadlines., • Able to analyze and evaluate information/situations and facilitate or recommend reasonable solutions. Job DescriptionControl Panel Assembler-$21-24/hr Shift: 1st Join our team as a Control Panel Technician, where you will be responsible for the assembly of electrical enclosures used for the measurement and control of hydrocarbon and chemical products, and power and water applications. Responsibilities • Assemble electrical enclosures by mounting electronic control hardware as per standards., • Terminate input and output signals from electronic control hardware to termination blocks., • Accurately measure wire lengths based on wire color per I/O channel and strip insulation., • Land each wire end under screw terminals and ensure tight connections., • Proficiency in panel wiring, assembly, and electrical schematics., • Ability to use hand tools such as wire crimpers, wire strippers, pliers, and cordless drills., • Attention to detail in wiring and panel building., • General PC skills with knowledge of Word and Outlook., • Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally., • Ability to stoop, reach into metal enclosures, and handle multiple wires., • Dexterity to terminate small wires into screw terminals. Work Environment The work environment includes a workstation where reaching, bending, and crouching are required, with the option to sit or stand. The area is non-climate controlled, but efforts are underway to make the facility climate controlled. The valve department is already climate controlled. Work hours are typically 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a summer schedule of 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. due to heat.
