This senior-level role will focus on strategic planning, relationship development, and marketing initiatives that align with our mission and growth goals. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to increase client acquisition and referral sources., • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and partnership development., • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with physicians, hospitals, healthcare facilities, community organizations, and other potential referral sources., • Collaborate with executive leadership to align growth strategies with organizational objectives., • Lead sales and marketing efforts, including planning campaigns, attending industry events, and representing Vitality Health Care in the community., • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine business development tactics., • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth, ensuring targets are met or exceeded., • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to any business development or sales team members. Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field., • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business development or sales within the home care industry, • Proven track record of driving business growth and building successful partnerships., • Strong understanding of healthcare referral systems, provider relations, and marketing strategies., • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills., • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities., • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative leadership team.
