Thursday, January 29, 2026, and January 30, 2026, from 12pm-2pm Location: The Saint and Night Rooster - 1000 N Riverfront Blvd, Dallas, TX 75207 We are looking for a Bartender to join our team at The Saint in Dallas Design District! The Saint experience focuses on fresh pasta, dry-aged steaks, and options for vegetarians and vegans. What we are looking for: • Greet guests with a welcoming smile, be engaging with our guests., • Able to create mixologist level cocktails along with the knowledge of classic cocktails., • Prepares and serves alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks according to standardized recipes and ingredients., • Must be fully knowledgeable of our food & beverage menus, selling techniques and service delivery of all items. Guide guests with recommendations for any allergy issues and accurately take guests orders., • Evaluate proper identification of guests to insure they are of proper drinking age., • Serves guests responsibly in accordance with Company policy, alcohol awareness training and state laws., • Full working knowledge of our POS system, able to enter guest orders accurately with correct seat numbers, itemize bills correctly, and efficiently secure cash and other forms of payment, • Able to assist with food running to bar and dining room tables., • Anticipate the guests needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency., • Communicate with FOH & BOH Management in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests., • Maintain cleanliness of all equipment, POS station, tools, supplies and ensures equipment is in good working order, including maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the bar., • Restocking of all bar inventory., • Perform other job-related duties as requested.Ideal Candidate:, • One year of fine dining restaurant bartending experience preferred., • Mixologist experience preferred., • Knowledgeable of menu items, including characteristics of wine and champagne by the glass, major wines, liquor brands, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, terminology, and garnishes., • Must have a strong passion for food, beverage and service., • Candidates must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs., • Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
